Eeek-I hate buying for my mom. She is so difficult-she has all the dishes she could possibly want. She collects hands (but well...those aren't easy to come by...

I'm working on a book of poems, song lyrics and special memories for my mother. My hands are pretty shaky, so I hope I can get it done by the big day. But if not, it'll go for Christmas, lol. Either way I just want to spend the day with Mom and let her know how very much she means to me.

    Peace and quiet.

I'd like for my DH to take the kids and go somewhere. Anywhere. Just not here.

My Nana wants a gold bracelet. I got her a nice rose gold bracelet.

Hey, thanks for the tip! I saw that they were on sale at Fred Meyer this week, so I was going to try there, but if I can make it to Costco in the next week I'll have to check them out. I've never noticed their hanging baskets before, but I have always admired their cut flowers, so I'm sure the baskets are gorgeous too.

Thanks for starting this thread. It's fun to read!

We will be at WDW on Mother's Day. Our plan is to be at the Magic Kingdom all day. We have a reservation to eat at Liberty Tree Tavern for Dinner. I can't wait! It should be a wonderful day!

We've been at Disney the last two years on Mother's Day and I've gotten the Mother's Day trading pin as a momento. I hope to get the 2006 one this year.

I always buy my Mother some type of flower and usually give her a Gift Card to use for what she needs.

We bought a really neat book for DH's mother--it is a book of neat places to visit in VA that are "off the beaten path." We'll also give her a Gift Card to an area restaurant.

    HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

Mary, I found three caches in this park...in fact that is how I found the park...it is so beautiful. I was out there Saturday with the boys and the wild iris are starting to bloom and I noticed some forget me nots along the bed of the stream and they looked like they were getting ready to bloom...I am going to have to make a trip out there next weekend.
